I’ve always had a thing for print designs, but I never really knew they had a world of their own: Editorial. This project helped me discover the many miles that editorial design can reach.

About Akara Forte Yearbook Project Studio Takumi (@studiotakumi) approached me for a yearbook collaboration for Global Mandiri Senior High. Here, we explored the many design references and art direction, and we eventually settled with one notion of a magazine-themed yearbook.

The Magazines We had 5 classes joining, with themes spanning across movie magazines, the Rolling Stones, Korean editorial, Popeye Magazine, and Vogue.We led the photoshoot, operations, design, print, and merch.

Each classes (Florida, Melbourne, Seoul, Tokyo, Sydney) had different themes in mind. We helped made that happen. Editorial (layout and content by Lita)
