For Briana Patisserie, we embarked on a strategic and intentional branding process that began with a detailed discovery questionnaire, aiming to capture the essence of the brand's purpose, values, and the vibrant personality of Chef Briana, the founder. This phase helped us gather profound insights essential for building a solid foundation for the brand identity.

Alongside this, we conducted a focused competitor analysis to identify unique positioning opportunities within the patisserie market. Unlike the luxurious and exclusive feel of competitors, we opted for an open, warm, and inviting atmosphere for Briana Patisserie's visual identity, encouraging customers to engage with Chef Briana’s exquisite entremets and tarts.

This strategic approach ensured the brand not only stood out in the crowded marketplace but also resonated authentically with its target audience, perfectly aligning with Chef Briana's vision.
