Project Overview
The Corporate Leaper is a professional development brand offering structured courses and coaching programs. The objective of this project was to design and build a fully custom Kajabi platform that could support marketing, course delivery, and coaching within a single scalable system.
The platform needed to present multiple programs clearly, guide users through a structured learning experience, and remain flexible enough to support future growth without rework.
The Challenge & My Role
The main challenge was creating a cohesive experience across marketing pages, courses, and coaching while working within Kajabi’s framework. The platform had to feel custom and intentional. Not like a standard Kajabi setup. At the same time, it needed to remain easy to manage for ongoing content and program expansion.
My role was to design and implement the entire Kajabi platform. This included UX structure, visual consistency, course architecture, and reusable systems that allow new programs to be added efficiently.
What I Built
I delivered a complete Kajabi platform, including:
A fully custom Kajabi website aligned with the brand’s positioning
Multiple conversion-focused landing pages
A reusable course template for consistent content delivery
Four structured courses built on the same scalable framework
A dedicated coaching program integrated into the platform
Clear navigation and user flows across marketing and learning areas
A cohesive visual system across all pages and experiences
The Process
The project began with defining the content structure and user journey. From first visit to course enrollment and ongoing engagement.
From there, I:
Designed a clean UX system optimized for clarity and usability
Built modular Kajabi templates for pages and courses
Structured programs to be easily duplicated and expanded
Ensured consistency between marketing pages and the learning environment
Tested navigation and flows to remove friction for users
All decisions were made with scalability and long-term maintainability in mind.
Outcome
The result was a fully custom Kajabi platform that supports both courses and coaching in a clear, professional experience.
