Etrek is a travel and spiritual development platform designed as a long-term learning and membership experience. The goal was to build a fully automated Kajabi-based ecosystem that could support a 52-week guided journey while integrating custom backend functionality through Laravel.

The platform needed to handle structured learning, recurring engagement, payments, certificates, and community interaction. All without manual intervention after launch.

Kajabi alone was not sufficient to support Etrek’s requirements. The project demanded advanced automation, external data handling, and seamless synchronization between Kajabi and a custom system.

My role was to architect and implement the entire system. This included designing the user experience, building the Kajabi course and automation logic, and developing a custom Laravel backend synced via API for users and listings.

The primary challenge was ensuring reliability and scalability while connecting multiple systems into one cohesive flow.

I delivered a fully custom Kajabi + Laravel ecosystem, including:

A complete Kajabi online course system structured as a 52-week learning journey

A 52-week automated email sequence aligned with weekly content delivery

Custom Laravel application synced with Kajabi via API for user and listing management

A full sales funnel including landing pages, checkout, and onboarding flow

Stripe payment integration

Membership community setup with engagement logic and certification triggers

A certificate system tied to course progression

Full website UX design optimized for clarity and retention

From there, I:

Designed the platform structure and automation logic inside Kajabi

Built custom pipelines for onboarding, segmentation, and weekly delivery

Developed and connected a Laravel backend via API for extended functionality

Integrated payments, community access, and certification logic

Tested the system end-to-end to ensure stability and automation accuracy
