End-to-End Kajabi Implementation with Membership, Automation & Recurring Payments
Project Overview
Tripiamo is a multi-country e-learning and membership platform for travel and driving education. The goal was to create a fully automated Kajabi + LearnWorlds system that delivers structured courses, subscription-based access, gamification, and community engagement all while handling payments, affiliates, and email workflows seamlessly.
The platform needed to organize country-specific driving instructions into modular courses, track progress through quizzes and certifications, and provide a scalable framework for future content and memberships.
The Challenge & My Role
The primary challenge was building a complex multi-system learning experience that is fully automated, scalable, and engaging for users across different countries. Kajabi and LearnWorlds had to be integrated with custom automation workflows for onboarding, email sequences, payments, gamification, and community engagement.
My role was to architect, design, and implement the full platform. This included setting up courses, community, gamification, affiliate tracking, and all automated workflows ensuring the system functions reliably without manual intervention.
What I Built
I delivered a complete Kajabi + LearnWorlds ecosystem, including:
Multi-country online course implementation with modular structure
Automated upsells and onboarding email sequences
Membership community setup with forums, engagement triggers, and progress tracking
Sales funnel from landing page to checkout to onboarding
Stripe payment integration with recurring subscriptions
Certification and gamification system to boost engagement and learning retention
Affiliate program integration for scalable promotion
Automated user segmentation and notifications
