As part of the project for Sephora Southeast Asia, a leading omnichannel beauty product retailer, the primary focus was on enhancing the user experience by integrating over 4 million international product reviews into Sephora SEA product pages. This initiative aimed to provide users with valuable insights and social proof, ultimately improving their decision-making process and increasing customer engagement and satisfaction.
