Social Media for a luxury beach house real estate brokerage



I worked with a luxury beach house real estate brokerage in MD for over a year. I grew their following and increased their brand awareness. The posts also showed off the houses that were for sale, helping increase sales.

One of the local real estate agents in my hometown started his own brokerage with his partner, so they needed someone to market their products and company and get their new name out there. I took over their Instagram, multiple Facebook pages and accounts, as well as their Twitter and YouTube accounts. I curated a feed that engaged the public, got the new name out there, and sold incredible houses!
