Business Objective: Increase their online presence, gain a social media following, & convert their interested audience into clients.
Challenges: Inconsistent posting and low engagement rate

First we need to determine your target audience:
Primarily women, ages 24-45
Interested in holistic wellness, healing their gut, being more mindful, seeking how to grow physically and mentally in their wellness journey
Interested in overall wellness, self-care, natural healing, and balance

Instagram: to share visual storytelling, wellness tips, educational content, day in the life, and connect organically with the audience
For the sake of this example, we will just focus on instagram as the platform but Pinterest & Facebook could also be explored

Educational Content: Wellness tips, gut health information & recipes, how to practice gratitude, journal prompts, and self-care practice.
Personal Content: Daily routines, behind the scenes, and personal wellness practices
