From student recommendations, the top priorities included PSCS portal improvement (50%) and better communication channels (20%). While some recommendations were outside the RO's scope, such as IT-related improvements, the project study narrowed its focus to enrollment services, a domain requiring improvement. Hence, Student Sphere was created in an effort to design an Enrollment Enhancement Portal that seamlessly integrates with the university's enrollment system (PSCS), providing students with an intuitive and enriching experience.
