I designed and developed this Microsoft Excel manufacturing operations system as a self-initiated Nomika Studio project.

The workbook brings several operational areas into one structured system, including inventory, bill of materials (BOM), production planning, purchases, sales and dashboard reporting.

Key features include a Production Flow Board, production planning with material-readiness and BOM coverage checks, purchase and vendor tracking, structured input tables, dropdowns, data validation, automated formulas, KPI cards, charts and clear workbook navigation.

The main challenge was connecting multiple operational workflows while keeping the workbook practical and understandable for everyday use.

This project demonstrates my ability to build larger Excel business systems, not just individual dashboards or simple trackers.
