Cobalt became Refold in 45 days - a full brand and site rebuild for enterprise AI.
Refold AI replaces traditional middleware with AI agents that learn system behavior. Founded by Jugal Anchalia and Abhishek Kumar, it serves 30+ paying enterprise clients including Incorta and Naehas, with 1,500+ active users and 30M+ API calls a month. We partnered on a full brand and website rebuild ahead of the seed announcement.
Challenges
The product was scaling; the brand hadn’t caught up. Refold had real enterprise traction, but the site still read seed-stage, not the integration backbone running billions of API calls a month. The job was to close that gap before the raise amplified everything.
Strategy
A 45-day rebuild, end to end. New identity, a site across every credibility surface, motion that brought the integration story to life, and launch marketing in the same visual logic. Every surface custom-built.

Refold relaunched with a brand that matched the product. The new site was featured on Saaspo as one of the year’s best-converting AI sites, and Studio Huncho has stayed on as their ongoing design partner since.
