Krea is an app that works as an e-commerce for furniture and decoration, allowing users to buy unique and original products from the comfort of their home.
This work was part of my training as a UX/UI designer at Coderhouse.

User needs
Buy furniture and decoration, of good quality and latest trends. Easily, quickly, and safely
Business problem
In Argentina, people have great difficulty buying furniture from unrecognized brands and/or personal ventures, since these are only advertised through social networks.
Proposed solution
Create an online store that includes and centralizes all brands of furniture and decoration businesses, to facilitate the search, choice and purchase of furniture.
Research
Survey Insights
A survey was conducted on Google Forms that obtained 30 responses. Here are the 3 key insights:
100% of users discover decoration products through social networks.
66% prefer digital stores compared to physical stores.
45% of users believe that the lack of detailed information is the main problem when buying online.
Interview Insights
Interviews were conducted remotely with 6 target users, with the aim of delving into the motivations and pain points when purchasing products online.
