Background: Arrange is a planning app that makes it easy to create and share a schedule/. The Arrange homepage is the entry point to the product and where users can create and account with Google.
Problem: The team was looking to increase sign up conversion from the landing page and tell a clearer product story.
Solution: I redesigned the homepage 4 times across 6 months. Each time iterating on the design to ultimately increase conversion rate from 13% to 44%. I also optimized our Google Ad strategy and created a cohesive user experience across our conversion funnel.
