Over the years, the types of broker's using Crexi and the jobs to be done with the dashboard increased, while the page remained the same. This led to off-platform activity and low engagement.

Solution: A flexible and customizable layout with reorganized information hierarchy, personalized content , and easily accessible lead information. The page was now more usable and had more valuable listing performance data, increasing weekly active brokers using dashboard by 6%.
