Redesigning a Dashboard for Improved UX

What is the Broker Dashboard? The property dashboard is the page within Crexi's broker portal where broker's can track and mange property listing performance.
Problem: Before redesigning the dashboard experience, the page lacked relevant functionality and information. Over the years, the types of broker's using Crexi and the jobs to be done with the dashboard increased, while the page remained the same. This led to off-platform activity and low engagement.
Solution: A flexible and customizable layout with reorganized information hierarchy, personalized content , and easily accessible lead information. The page was now more usable and had more valuable listing performance data, increasing weekly active brokers using dashboard by 6%.
