Background: At the beginning of the pandemic, realtime property tours slowed and Crexi, a commercial Real Estate Marketplace, was looking to give brokers the ability to upload and manage a video property tour right from their mobile device.

Problem: Broker's needed a way to upload and manage video tours from mobile. The existing broker tool suite and functionality was very limited on mobile.

Process: Design process included: competitive analysis, concept designs, user interviews, usability testing, design/product/engineering reviews, final high-fidelity wireframing.

Solution: A new user flow where a broker could upload a video tour and add details to a property listing page.
