The client had an extensive Notion setup that was cluttered, inconsistent, and hard to navigate. They wanted to integrate a Notion OS template into their workflow without losing the custom elements they relied on.
How I Solved It:
I audited the workspace, removed duplicates, streamlined layouts, and integrated the new OS so it fit their workflow. To keep it from becoming cluttered again, I added a usage tracking dashboard to monitor underused pages and flag what could be removed or consolidated.
My Approach:
This was about more than a one-time cleanup - it needed to be sustainable. Linking tasks, projects, and notes into a single flow made navigation easier, and the usage dashboard gave them a built-in “health check” to keep the system lean over time.
What I Built:
Full workspace audit and cleanup in Notion
Customized OS integration tailored to their workflow
Linked tasks, projects, and notes into a single connected flow
Usage tracking dashboard to identify underused or outdated pages
The Result:
They now have a clean, functional Notion OS that stays organized over time and supports their daily workflow without the clutter.
