Tech Enablers are leaders across IT, Change Management, Customer Experience, Project Management, Communications, UI/UX, Design, Research, Training, etc.   The purpose of this community is to help improve the low 30% success rate of technology project implementations by boosting our collective effectiveness in minimizing user resistance to using new technology while also centering the human experience in better-designed and developed technology.  We also highlight the impactful roles that Tech Enablers have on the overall technology landscape, which is important for those who want a career in technology but don't see themselves in engineering or developer roles.
