Ghostn × Skairic — Limited Edition Product Launch (Ominous Positivity)

This project was a collaboration between Ghostn and with the artist Skairic to create the Ominous Positivity products which included a limited edition apparel piece that merges detailed embroidery, 3D print, and premium 240gsm cotton fabric and a unique eagle-beak keychain. 
The goal was to introduce a narrative-driven product that establishes new in-universe lore, reinforce the overlap in our aesthetic, and to foster engagement between existing fanbases and introduce each release to audiences who hadn’t experienced the other.

Responsibilities:

- Creative Direction
- Designed shirt layout and oversaw production-ready assets
- Developed keychain design and other collectible elements
- Produced and edited UGC/influencer content series to immerse the audience in the creation process
- Directed the integration of Skairic’s artwork into physical and digital assets
- Managed visual cohesion across campaign assets and social storytelling

Closing Notes

This project emphasized narrative-first product design, motion storytelling, and a consistent brand tone for limited edition collectibles. We were able to successfully pull from each others audiences, combine our shared aesthetic, and create something that still felt new. The project was a success and almost sold out within the first week. The data shows that a large part of the success was from the audience involvement through content and the story behind the products.
