The E-Attendance Website is designed to monitor employee attendance in real-time with an attractive and user-friendly UI. It is an online system that allows employees to mark their attendance remotely, especially useful during the pandemic. Unlike mobile apps, this web-based system eliminates the need for downloads. The system includes three main actors: employees (users), administrators, and the HR division. This project was developed collaboratively with my team members: Grace, Nisa, and Dhila.

This project follows the Design Thinking methodology, a problem-solving approach that focuses on user needs. The process consists of five stages:

Empathize – Understanding user needs and perspectives.

Define – Clearly defining the problem based on insights.

Ideate – Brainstorming and generating multiple solutions.

Prototype – Creating a functional model with essential features.

Testing – Evaluating the prototype before launch.
