They test applicants to verify not only their skill set but also their problem solving abilities, critical thinking skills, and creative grit. The company is highly philosophical, believing the best employee is driven to succeed, as opposed to one who has the right university degree or previous employer.
They hired me to enhance the effectiveness of their email campaigns. I created white papers and marketing eBooks which they used to build their email list. Then I created email sales funnels and nurture campaigns to turn subscribers into prospects.
The challenge of presenting a new way of thinking about hiring fascinated me. The email campaigns led to new corporate clients and helped Glider.ai grow its revenue and reach.
