⏱️ Smart Stopwatch - When UI Animation Becomes a Fully Working Tool
What if a design tool could replace code?
This project explores exactly that.
I built a fully functional, real-time stopwatch entirely inside Rive - no JavaScript, no external logic, no hidden hacks.
Just state machines, math, motion, and creativity.
This isn’t a “fake UI animation.”
It’s an actual stopwatch you can start, pause, reset, and watch time progress — all calculated live inside Rive.
🔥 Why This Project Matters
This stopwatch is more than an animation - it’s a proof of concept.
It shows that Rive can:
✅ Run logic + UI together, not just motion
✅ Replace small JS widgets with embedded Rive files
✅ Power real dashboards, smartwatches, timers, and onboarding flows
✅ Handle live data without shipping heavyweight code
It’s a glimpse into a future where designers build real interactions without handing off to developers.
🎯 Ideal For
App/smartwatch UI prototypes
Onboarding gamification elements
Fitness or productivity dashboards
Zero-code motion-driven micro-apps
Rive education + community demos
💡 Key Takeaway
Rive isn't just a motion tool.
It can think, calculate, respond, and interact -/ like a tiny zero-code game engine for UI.
