The Challenge: Speed Mattered – But Trust Mattered More

Fair Pricing Lock: Same prices on all devices to eliminate distrust
Why It Worked:
Trust: Wholesale Days triggered "local market nostalgia"
Relief: No more cross-checking prices (users sighed in testing)
Confidence: Flutter’s savings funded free shipping thresholds
