Overview

Scale and launch Allē Flash product to all 25K+ Allergan Aesthetics providers and their customers, ensuring stability, efficiency, and broad market adoption of this new scan-to-win channel.

I led a dedicated team to enhance technology stability, implement personalized features using machine learning, and optimize the user experience for both providers and consumers. Our efforts resulted in a seamless rollout, improved user engagement, and significant market and revenue growth.

The Work

Reviewed quantitative data from MVP launch and conducted on-site visits, interviews and usability testing to refine recommendations, functionality and user experience

Developed a clear product vision and detailed roadmap to establish Flash as an essential channel with opportunities to integrate with other products

Managed design and development deliverables, while aligning with business needs and timelines

Managed a strategic multi-phase rollout in collaboration with marketing teams to promote and launch the product, including physical and digital assets for 25k+ offices nationally

Set up KPIs and mechanisms to measure product success through quantitative and qualitative data for continuous improvement.
