High-Performance Smart Seamless T-Shirt at TECHTEXTIL

Nilit, Santoni, and Tecnofilati collaborated to create a high-performance smart seamless t-shirt that enhances athletic performance and recovery. The challenge was to integrate Sensil Innergy and Resistex Silver conductive yarn into the garment while ensuring superior connectivity and ultra-comfortable wear.

The team also had to ensure that the garment did not chafe or bind during physical activity. They needed to create a product that could track heart rate, motion, and other performance metrics in real-time.

To address these challenges, the team used Santoni's exclusive SM8 - TOP4 seamless technology. This allowed for better distribution of yarns throughout the garment for superior connectivity. It also ensured an ultra-comfortable garment that didn't chafe or bind during physical activity.

The team integrated Sensil Innergy into the garment to enhance athletic performance and recovery. And also added Resistex Silver conductive yarn to enable real-time tracking of heart rate, motion, and other performance metrics.
