✦ Project Overview

As a UX designer for Ooredoo's SIM purchasing process, my primary tasks involve mapping out three main flows: the end user SIM purchasing process, the dealer's process for creating customized SIM cards, and the third-party agent's process for facilitating delivery services.
For the end user SIM purchasing process, I will focus on designing an intuitive and streamlined interface that guides users through the selection, payment, and activation steps with ease.
For the dealer's process, I will design tools and interfaces that allow dealers to customize SIM cards for customers, ensuring efficient management and distribution.
For the third-party agent's process, I will design interfaces that enable seamless communication between dealers and agents, allowing for efficient pickup and delivery of SIM cards to customers' doorsteps.
Throughout the project, I will conduct user research, create wireframes and prototypes, and iterate based on feedback to ensure a user-centric design that enhances the overall SIM purchasing experience.

✦ Design Works

The design process includes lots of user research as Ooredoo is already a well-know brands with over 10 millions of user in Myanmar alone. As a team, in a collaboration with business strategist from the product and sales teams, we gather insights into user preferences and pain points related to SIM purchasing and delivery processes. This includes setting up meeting with our three main users; the customers, dealers, and delivery agents.
As the design phase begins, here are a few of my design process taken into account;
Flow Mapping: Defining and mapping out the main flows for end user purchasing, dealer customization, and delivery services.
Wire-framing: Creating wireframes and/or design mockups for each flow, focusing on intuitive navigation and clear communication of information.
Prototyping: Developing interactive prototypes to test the usability and functionality of the design concepts. This helps to validate the design with the product/design team to ensure that requirements discussed are covered and working in a accurate direction.
User Testing: Conducting usability testing with target users to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
Iteration: Iterations actually happened in many of previous stages as well. It basically includes iterating designs based on user feedback and testing results, refining the interfaces for optimal usability.
Finalization: Finalizing the designs and delivering comprehensive design documentation to the development team for implementation.
