We analyzed the communications of direct competitors and the content of similar businesses to understand how to differentiate from them.
We also conducted extensive research on current content trends and compiled a large reference map. This includes videos and posts from other industries that can be adapted to the theme of interior design.
Tone of Voice:
Based on the brand platform, we developed a document that regulates the brand’s communication style.
For example, on Instagram, we post from the perspective of the studio's founder. We prefer simpler sentences over complex ones and aren’t afraid to use metaphors.
Communication Strategy:
We developed a content plan for Instagram and Telegram, the primary platforms for brand development. We also identified that the brand needs to grow its YouTube channel.
For external communications we compiled a list of channels that can be used for PR to reach its audience. And prepared a list of brands and collaborations that are ideal for partnerships and can boost sales.
Content creation:
We developed creative ideas for social media posts, video editing scripts, and communication copy. Including Instagram stories.
