Backbone
Background
The Backbone product has greatly evolved over the years. It has become more than just a platform for networking. It is now possible to order a wide range of services beyond traditional photo shoots.
The idea was to join their product team as a lead designer and assist the product team to improve the product experience and support the release of new features.
The objectives were to
Increase product margins: in particular by reducing manual processing by support teams
Reduce the exit rate on purchase paths
Reduce the overall churn rate on the platform.
