A warm orange palette paired with bold display typography gives the brand a distinct editorial character that separates it from typical luxury real estate

The palette is built on three tones: a vibrant orange for energy and brand recognition, a deep brown that grounds the identity in natural warmth, and a soft cream that gives the layout room to breathe. Each combination was tested to hold contrast across digital and print applications

Each residence gets its own editorial block with a name, location, and photo grid. The layout treats properties like magazine features, not real estate listings. Emotional pull first, specs second.
