Every year, FSAE Australasia holds a competition that challenges student teams to design, build and market an open wheel style formula race car. WESMO is the University of Waikato's formula SAE racing team made of 5 students including myself. I was responsible for the design and manufacture of the engine's components, the carbon fibre dashboard as well as taking part in the car's wiring system and tuning. This was all done within 9 months while doing the usual university course workload. Each component was added to its own assembly, which was all combined into one master assembly for the whole car.
