Case Study: Custom UI Design & Web Development for Faxsipit

Faxsipit is a growing business looking to improve its digital presence. The client had an existing website that struggled to convert visitors into leads or customers effectively. The objective was to revamp the site with a modern, user-friendly design and robust functionality to enhance user experience and increase conversions.

- Structured with 4–5 sections to communicate the company’s mission, values, and backstory in a compelling manner.

- Designed to showcase partnerships and collaborative opportunities. Features 5–6 sections

4. Solution Page

- Main page Built as a scalable framework of 4–5 sections, each featuring layouts and CTAs directing users to individual solution pages (to be developed later).

- Involves the design and development of individual solution pages with 4 to 5 sections for four core services: Cloud Fax Solution, HIPAA and High Compliance Solutions, Enterprise Solutions, and Fax Machine ATA.

5. FAQ Page

- Features a tabbed view with 3–4 categories, each containing multiple FAQs for intuitive navigation.

- FAQs are strategically distributed across the site to ensure users receive answers when needed.

6. Pricing Page

- Redesigned with a focus on clear CTAs and intuitive navigation, directing users to external pricing-related links.

7. Support Menu Item

- Includes a dedicated menu item seamlessly redirecting users to an external WordPress-based support page.

8. Legal Page

- Incorporates 6 key policies, each assigned a unique URL, presented in a clean and minimal layout.

9. Contact Sales & Contact Support

- HubSpot forms are integrated to facilitate efficient user inquiries and lead management.

To visually represent Davy Care’s services and values, custom illustrations will be developed during the design phase. These illustrations will align with the brand’s tone and mission, enhancing the website’s visual appeal and storytelling.

Basic animations (e.g., slide-in, fade-in) will be added to create an engaging, interactive user experience.

Successfully created and configured four HubSpot forms for key business functions, including customer support, sales, needs assessment, and Zoom resell solutions.
