What: Performed UX audit, ran surveys, created Information Architecture, wireframes and prototypes

Role: Design lead

Result: User feedback and an established product roadmap identified approximately 60% of the UX debt

Project summary

I helped identify UX debts in 4 weeks, then worked on redesigning the navigation structures and content classification for people to find content and use features such as viewing their policies and making their premium payments. I did this by renaming and regrouping menu labelling, coordinating menus by user tasks and making interactive elements prominent in the UI.
