Our new project for Micro Kanachi (greens). Microgreens are vegetable greens harvested just after the cotyledon leaves have developed. They are used as a nutrition supplement, a visual enhancement, and a flavor and texture enhancement. Microgreens can add sweetness and spiciness to foods.
