Background

I was asked to work on improving the website as well as the BVD questionnaire experience for the team at NeuroVisual Medicine.

Process

I began the project by reviewing the current experience and taking notes on the issues and opportunities for improvement. I then leveraged user feedback to develop personas and user journeys, helping to keep the solutions user-centric.

Exploring

After the client and I identified the pain points and opportunities, we brainstormed potential solutions. Then, I started wireframing some ideas for review. I also began working on UX copywriting frameworks to help maintain a consistent voice and tone throughout the product.

Finalizing

After we agreed upon the final solutions, I refined the designs. I built a design system so that the components for pages could scale as the product grew. Then, I finalized all of the designs and put them into an annotated file for engineering handoff.
