For this project, the goal was to create a streamlined and scalable B2B commerce experience tailored for manufacturers and distributors managing retailers. The design focuses on clarity, efficiency, and structured workflows while maintaining a modern and trustworthy visual identity.
The interface uses a bold yet minimal color system, clear data hierarchy, and intuitive navigation patterns to simplify complex inventory and order management processes. Every interaction was designed to reduce cognitive load and help business users complete tasks quickly and confidently.
The objective was to transform a traditionally manual and fragmented wholesale process into a seamless digital ecosystem — enabling businesses to manage inventory, retailers, orders, and incoming requests in one unified platform.

Wholesale inventory and retailer management processes were fragmented and inefficient.
Users needed quick access to product data, stock levels, and order requests without navigating complex dashboards.
The platform required role-based business details and compliance sections (team roles, disclosures, contact data).
Default marketplace-style layouts lacked structure for B2B workflows.
