Joseline Coaching’s focus was to empower individuals through personal and professional development, and was trying to enhance their social media presence. Their goal was to expand reach, grow their community, and convert social media traffic to join the cohort for personal development.

The project aimed to:

Increase social media engagement and follower count across platforms.

Extend the brand’s reach and visibility.

Drive conversions by turning social media traffic into website visits and coaching inquiries.

I began by crafting tailored solutions for each platform, identifying what resonated most with Joseline Coaching’s target audience. 

Strategic content pillars were developed, covering motivational content, client success stories, and actionable tips.

I posted regularly, ensuring each caption and hashtag was optimized with targeted keywords and engaging visuals to boost discoverability.

To cultivate a loyal community, I actively engaged with the audience by replying to comments, answering direct messages, and initiating conversations.

The results were:

Massive Reach Expansion: In just 21 days, the brand’s reach increased by an impressive 465%, thanks to keyword-driven captions and hashtags.

Enhanced Follower Growth: Engagement efforts led to a 35.4% growth in followers, creating a strong and engaged community.

Increased Conversions: I boosted conversion and achieved a 116% increase in external link taps, redirecting traffic to website.
