The Challenge

Inspiriko, a UK-based DTC supplements brand, had a solid product line but was struggling to scale. Their Shopify store wasn't optimized for conversion, paid acquisition was inefficient, and there was no cohesive brand strategy tying the funnel together. They needed a senior marketing leader who could own the full picture without the overhead of a full-time CMO hire.

My Role

I came on as Fractional CMO, responsible for the entire growth engine: brand strategy, performance marketing, Shopify funnel architecture, and remote team leadership. I operated as a true embedded executive, attending leadership meetings and making resource allocation decisions alongside the founders.

What I Did

Rebuilt the Shopify funnel from the ground up. I restructured the product pages, checkout flow, and post-purchase experience to reduce friction and increase average order value. Every change was driven by data from heatmaps, session recordings, and A/B tests.
Launched and scaled performance marketing. I built out the paid acquisition strategy across Facebook and Instagram, managing campaigns in Facebook Business Manager. I focused on creative testing, audience segmentation, and scaling winning ad sets while keeping CAC within target.
Set up lifecycle marketing with Klaviyo. I designed automated email flows for welcome sequences, abandoned carts, post-purchase upsells, and win-back campaigns. These flows became a significant revenue driver, reducing reliance on paid channels.
Directed a remote team. I coordinated designers, copywriters, and media buyers across multiple time zones, setting up workflows and review cadences that kept output high and consistent.

Results

The combined effect of funnel optimization, paid media scaling, and lifecycle automation drove 1,100% revenue growth within 12 months. The brand went from early traction to a real growth trajectory with a repeatable, scalable acquisition engine.
