201 Property is a business that provides high quality rooms in house shares for young professionals, rooms will be rented individually to people with similar mind-sets to create a comfortable space to work, live and socialise. In the future they will be renting high-end accommodation to students.

The client wanted modern branding to appeal to the young professional and student target market. They also required a newsletter that they would send out to their customers.

The clients wanted to stand out from the competition. Most of the competitors they had included a house in the logo so I wanted to avoid that and brought in a pop of colour to keep it young and fresh, while keeping it simple to add to the high-end aspect of the brand.

I developed a simplistic logo with fitting brand colours and typefaces. With the newsletter I designed the template in InDesign and then transferred it to Canva for the client to update monthly.
