The project aimed to create an immersive smart AR business card for CPHLIVE Creative Director Pedro Bjerregaard. The goal was to enhance user engagement, leaving a lasting impression on recipients. Pedro Bjerregaard, the Creative Director, represented CPHLIVE's brand and sought a unique and engaging way to present his professional information to potential clients or partners. By opting for a smart AR business card, Pedro aimed to demonstrate his creative vision and showcase the capabilities of CPHLIVE in utilizing cutting-edge technologies. Challenges included technical complexity, stakeholder alignment, scope changes, and time constraints. The team addressed these issues by conducting thorough research, collaborating with experienced AR developers, and setting clear expectations for scope changes and potential adjustments to deadlines.

The project utilized image tracking on both sides of the business card. Upon activation, the front side displayed a 3D avatar of Pedro along with infoboxes showcasing his introduction reel, contact buttons, and various services offered by CPHLIVE. Clickable areas led to respective service pages while the reverse side featured a puzzle game offering freebies from CPHLIVE upon winning. The team employed iterative prototyping throughout the development cycle achieving stakeholder alignment through regular communication feedback sessions.
