Ruang Pilar is a company that specializes in design and construction. They help their clients by providing design consultation and bringing their ideas to life as buildings. Ruang Pilar works with both businesses (B2B) and individual homeowners (B2C). Right now, Ruang Pilar is focused on expanding their business in East Java, Indonesia, but they're also open to taking on projects outside of that area.

The owner of Ruang Pilar initially believed that their business or industry didn't need any digital presence. They were of the mindset that word-of-mouth and the quality of their work would be enough to sustain their business. We presented them with the results achieved by competitors in the same industry, who were able to attract clients and customers from unexpected sources through digital channels. This eventually convinced the owner to try promoting their business on social media.

Now, Ruang Pilar is looking to expand its market reach through effective social media management. The primary goals are:

We are managing three social media channels for Ruang Pilar. We're helping to grow their audience across different platforms, tailoring campaigns to suit each one.

After a long discussion, we decided not to focus on optimizing or posting graphic content across all social media channels. Based on the objectives we agreed on earlier, our main goal is to reach as many new audiences as possible. The most effective way to achieve this is by using reels or short videos, which will be posted on TikTok.

For the past three months, we focused on posting short videos on Instagram and TikTok. This effort yielded excellent results on both platforms. On Instagram, we increased the engagement rate from 0% to 5%, gained more followers, and boosted impressions and reach. Meanwhile, on TikTok, several of our videos went viral and made it to the FYP (For You Page).

In addition to showcasing their work and projects to attract new clients, Ruang Pilar also wants to share content that provides added value to their audience.
