I led the full digitalization of Terrawine Club, designing, building, and optimizing the entire e-commerce platform from the ground up. This project covered everything from UX/UI design, website development, and backend setup, to integrating payment systems and optimizing the site for speed, SEO, and user experience. I also developed the marketing strategy, including paid ads and organic growth initiatives. The website was built to scale the business online, showcasing a seamless customer experience while supporting artisanal, natural wine selection.
