I want an all-in-one Telegram mini app that lets me earn early access or allocation based on how many bots I’ve interacted with. The platform should track my engagement across Telegram, calculate my starting allocation fairly, and allow me to later exchange that allocation for rewards when the token launches so I get rewarded for my early activity without leaving the app.

We developed a seamless Telegram mini app that connects with users' bot activity across the platform, automatically calculating their starting allocation based on past interactions. Users can log in with ease, view their current allocation, and track their eligibility for future rewards. The platform also features a transparent airdrop system where earned allocations can be exchanged for tokens at launch. Everything is accessible in one place, with a smooth interface and real-time updates making it easy to stay engaged, earn rewards, and benefit from early participation.

Our process starts from extensive research on the problem and the solution, then went further to develop a user persona and goal statement. The next stage was the ideate stage where we brainstormed on ideas and user flow. Design soon followed up with low fidelity wireframes and high fidelity wireframes. Testing followed with surveys and regression test.

We employed user interview questions to derive key insights on the needs and expectations of potential users in the Web3 and Telegram ecosystem.

The onboarding experience is designed to be simple and intuitive. Once connected, the analysis screens automatically scan and evaluate the user's interaction history with Telegram bots calculating how active they've been across verified & unverified projects. This real-time analysis determines their starting allocation, which sets the stage for future reward eligibility at the token launch.

The Home screen offers users a clear snapshot of their journey so far. At a glance, they can see their current allocation earned from Telegram bot activity, with a button to connect their wallet and secure future rewards. From here, users can dive into their bot interaction history to better understand what contributed to their allocation.

The Tasks screen is structured to help users increase their allocation through meaningful actions. Tasks are divided into distinct categories: Social Tasks (like following or posting), Academy Tasks (short educational modules), and On-chain Tasks (connecting wallet). This organized layout not only boosts engagement but also ensures users can choose how they want to participate. Each completed task feeds back into their allocation score, making progress feel tangible and rewarding.

Here, they can view a list of friends they’ve invited, track referral activity, and use a one-tap button to copy and share their unique referral link.

The bot status screen gives users a detailed overview of their Telegram interaction showing the number of verified and unverified bots they've engaged with. It highlights their top interacted verified bot, which contributes to their allocation, as well as their top unverified bot, offering full transparency. This helps users understand which of their activities are valuable and where to focus for better rewards.
