Problem Statement

I want an all-in-one platform that allows businesses to seamlessly integrate live customer support into their websites, enabling them to assist visitors in real-time. The platform should not only offer live chat but also come with additional tools like automated responses, analytics, and multi-agent support so businesses can manage customer engagement, improve satisfaction, and scale their support operations from a single solution.

Possible Solution

We developed a seamless SaaS platform that allows businesses to integrate live customer support directly into their websites. With just a few clicks, businesses can activate real-time chat, manage multiple support agents, and automate responses to frequently asked questions. The platform also offers built-in analytics, allowing teams to monitor performance and customer satisfaction. Users can easily switch between live support, chatbot configuration, and analytics tools, with all data synced and saved in one centralized dashboard making customer engagement efficient, consistent, and scalable.

Design Thinking Process

Our process starts from extensive research on the problem and the solution, then went further to develop a user persona and goal statement. The next stage was the ideate stage where we brainstormed on ideas and user flow. Design soon followed up with low fidelity wireframes and high fidelity wireframes. Testing followed with surveys and regression test.

Qualitative Research

We employed user interviews questions to derive some key insights on the needs of our potential users.

Landing Page

The landing page features a clean and engaging hero section with a strong value proposition, clear call-to-action buttons, a brief overview of the platform’s core features, real-time support highlights, user testimonials for credibility, and an intuitive navigation bar for a smooth browsing experience.

Chatting Dashboard

This is the dashboard interface where business owners manage and respond to customer chats in real time. It features clearly separated tabs for 'Open' and 'Resolved' conversations, making it easy to track ongoing support and maintain organized communication history.

Statistics Dashboard

The statistics dashboard provides a clear overview of customer support performance featuring real-time data on new conversations, replies, closed chats, average response time, and customer satisfaction ratings. Visual graphs and key metrics help businesses monitor trends, improve efficiency, and deliver better support experiences.

Settings Dashboard - Widget Appearance

This settings dashboard section allows users to fully customize the appearance of the support widget on their website. From choosing widget colors and chat box position to editing online/offline messages and selecting between bubble or button icon styles, everything is designed to match the brand's look and feel effortlessly.
