This project focused on elevating the email marketing performance of a fashion ecommerce brand by transforming their emails into a structured, conversion-focused system. The goal was to design high-impact promotional emails, improve customer engagement, and increase sales through strategic email marketing, automation, and visually compelling email design.

The brand needed emails that not only looked premium on mobile devices but also guided subscribers clearly toward purchasing decisions.

Before the redesign, the brand faced several email marketing challenges:

Emails lacked visual consistency and strong branding

Promotions did not clearly guide subscribers to take action

No structured email flow to support discounts, seasonal launches, or repeat purchases
