Project Title: AMPL - Science-Backed Mental Wellness & Growth Platform
Project Goal: The goal was to design an end-to-end digital experience that helps individuals and organizations understand their mental patterns, strengths, and growth opportunities through science-backed psychometric assessments, while seamlessly guiding users from awareness to action through coaching and structured programs.
Role: Product Designer (UI/UX)
Timeline: 3 days
Description:I designed this product over 3 days, creating an end-to-end flow in Figma from the landing page to onboarding, authentication, assessment experience, and results dashboard.
The process started with understanding a core problem: many people face burnout and lack clarity, yet don’t have access to structured, data-driven mental wellness tools. The solution balances emotional reassurance with scientific credibility.
The landing page clearly communicates trust and value, while the onboarding gently guides users into the platform. The assessment flow reduces cognitive load through clear progress cues and supportive microcopy. The results screen transforms insights into action using simple visual charts, meaningful explanations, and clear next steps.
A warm gradient system and consistent card layouts were used to create a calm, focused, and emotionally supportive experience ensuring clarity and ease throughout the journey from discovery to growth.

Landing Page -First Impression & Trust Building

The landing page serves as the emotional entry point. I designed it to quickly answer three questions: What is this product? Who is it for? Why should I trust it? Clear messaging, generous spacing, and a warm gradient system were used to reduce friction and encourage exploration without pressure.

Onboarding Screens - Emotional Alignment & Orientation

Goal: Ease users into the experience and set expectations.
The onboarding flow introduces the platform gradually. Each screen highlights a key benefit while reinforcing reassurance. Progress indicators were added to reduce uncertainty, while concise copy and soft illustrations help users feel understood and motivated to continue.

User Type Selection

Goal: Understand user context early without overwhelming them.
This screen helps the system adapt to the user’s familiarity level while keeping the choice simple. By limiting options to two clear paths, the experience remains calm and intentional, setting up personalization without cognitive load.

Login Screen - Emotional Safety & Familiarity
The login screen uses a calming image of a woman meditating and smiling to create an immediate sense of trust and emotional safety. This human element helps reduce friction in what is usually a functional step, aligning the experience with the product’s mental wellness focus.

Goal: Reduce anxiety and maintain engagement during assessment.
Assessments can feel intimidating, so I focused on:
Clear progress indicators
Single-task focus per screen
Balanced spacing and readable options
Assessment Question when selected.

Navigation controls and a “Save & Exit” option give users a sense of control, reducing pressure and dropout rates.
