Startup Forge Platform Mobile design

Startup Forge is a mentorship and startup support platform designed to help entrepreneurs find, connect with, and grow through access to the right mentors and communities. The product was built to simplify the mentorship experience by allowing both mentors and mentees to operate within a single platform, removing friction around onboarding, availability, communication, and collaboration while supporting scalable startup growth.

Designed scalable and reusable components with a consistent design system, including typography, color styles, and layout patterns to support future growth of the platform.

Created an intuitive experience that allows entrepreneurs to discover mentors, view availability, and connect based on their specific needs with minimal friction.

Carefully planned the UX journey to guide users seamlessly from onboarding to mentorship, community engagement, and bookings, while reinforcing trust, clarity, and motivation throughout the product experience.

The MVP design for Startup Forge was completed within a short design sprint and delivered with clearly defined user flows for mentorship, community, and bookings. The outcome was a validated product structure that aligned stakeholders around a shared vision and provided a strong foundation for development. The final design enabled faster onboarding, clearer mentor–mentee matching, and a scalable system ready for future iterations such as premium funding features and advanced matchmaking.
