Behavioral health practices often experience operational breakdowns that are difficult to diagnose because the underlying structural risks are not immediately visible.
I designed and built an interactive assessment tool that helps operations leaders identify structural failure modes within their workflows and understand where stabilization efforts should focus.
This tool translates operational patterns into clear, actionable structural insights.
The Problem

The Solution

I built an interactive web application that guides users through a structured assessment of their operational environment.
The tool evaluates responses across five core structural risk categories:
• Knowledge Concentration Risk
• Informal System Dependency
• Execution Variability Risk
• Operational Visibility Gap
• Structural Scalability Constraint
The application uses deterministic scoring logic to identify the dominant structural risk pattern.
The experience was designed to feel professional, calm, and aligned with healthcare operations environments.
