House Optima is an online platform for customer relationship management, task creation and real-time project management.
The system is used to connect landlords and occupants to housing management companies, maintenance companies and local subcontractors.
Whilst working to redesign House Optima's entire task management platform, I did a quick competitive and heuristic analysis whilst testing the initial designs.
