Acquisition Marketing Strategy – Piassa (SaaS Product & Mobile App)

As Chief Marketing Executive at Piassa, I led the development and execution of a full-funnel acquisition marketing strategy for their SaaS platform and mobile application, specialized in the fast delivery of car parts.
My key responsibilities included:
Defining the overall marketing strategy aligned with business and product goals,
Creating a high-converting acquisition funnel, from brand awareness to user activation,
Crafting impactful messaging and educational content tailored to key customer segments (mechanics, individual car owners, resellers),
Collaborating with product and tech teams to enhance the user experience across digital touchpoints,
Managing and executing digital acquisition campaigns (social ads, SEO/SEM, and strategic partnerships),
Tracking and analyzing performance data to continually improve ROI and reduce Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC).
As a result, Piassa experienced significant user growth, improved customer retention, and solidified its position as an innovative digital solution in the automotive sector.
