I was hired to lead QA efforts at Cavrnus and drive the department toward stability, sustainability, and growth. Of the work I delivered, a few highlights include:

Administered custom Jira workflows, effectively designing separate yet cohesive workflow processes for departments, including development, marking, design, and business.

All test cases were migrated to TestRail servers, which provided the QA department with enhanced remote management, more robust testing data access, and complex test configuration capabilities.

Designed over 125 essential test cases configured for various platforms, including desktop, mobile, web, Meta Quest, VIVE, and more.

Wrote automation scripts in a Cypress framework and reduced bugs seen in production by 40%

Improved the overall percentage of regression test cases passing by 33%.

Helped institute a 15% increase in overall development productivity by automating 20% of complex Jira tasks.
