I was hired to provide quality assurance testing services on their website after they completed a redesign. The company requested the following services:

Back-end data validation

Front-end data validation

General QA and bug-finding

After thoroughly assessing the project, I tested their website against five platforms and delivered the following:

Test Plan: their test plan included an objective summary of the expected tests, a detailed platform list of the devices their tests would be conducted on, milestones including dates and expected deliverables, success metrics, and a list of potential risks to their project, labeled and organized by priority.

Recommendations regarding UI, UX, functionality, and security-related concerns

Two days of additional root-cause analysis assistance while bugs were actively addressed by their development team
